Chong Sing Group is a privately held Property & Hospitality group, incorporated and headquartered in Singapore. Founded in Singapore in the 1970s as a family-owned group, today the Group's current business operations encompass property investment, property development, property management, hospitality management and other strategic asset investments.

Commercial space: We lease prime commercial space for Retail, F&B, Entertainment, and Lifestyle use. We work closely together with business operators and start-ups to design and customize bespoke commercial spaces for their use.

Serviced Studios: We are proud to provide our own branded, fully furnished and fully serviced studios for expatriate accommodation. Our serviced studios are more affordable than hotels and service apartments, but equally luxurious with housekeeping services, free WiFi and Cable TV. Our clients have a wide range of locations to choose from, from city living in the heart of Central Business District to the cozy and laid-back environment in the quaint East Coast area.
